Hi Derek, Try deleting the following folder: C:\Users\streaming.svc\AppData\Roaming\AccessGrid3\local_services\AudioService
An original copy of the Audio Service and rat.exe will be put in it's place the next time the VenueClient is started. I'm guessing rat-4.4.01 in that folder might have been replaced with rat-4.4.00 which doesn't support the -X switch.
