One issue is that this introduces more in-process only calls into IA2. That is, you can of course make the call out-of-process, but it isn't useful because win events are async. I don't really have a solution to this problem without creating a new event system, but I think this is something worth noting nevertheless. :) Also, I think the way this works needs to be clarified; e.g. what happens if children are both added and removed.
