Try the following to copy and paste the same formula in multiple cells. 1. Place your focus on the cell from which you want to copy the formula and the number formats. 2. Press Ctrl+C to copy. 3. Select the cells in which you want to paste. 4. Go to Edit on the Menu Bar and arrow down to Paste Special. Press enter on the Paste Special option. 5. A dialog box will open containing a series of radio buttons. Arrow down through the radio buttons till you come to the button titled "Formulas and Number Formats". 6. Select the Formulas and Number Formats radio button and press OK.
This should paste the formula and the number format of 2 decimal places in all the destination cells.
