the private companies are not doin any favour to us. they would have 
calculated and premeditated before diclairing there charges that if blinds 
will come then they will take back money from other persons. and we should 
not  forget that our whole family is not blind! they give the full charges. 
in this way, the company takes back what ever concession it has given to us. 
it has been pointed out by dr. jain the ricksha thing. in this way, blinds  
nt benefet the rickshaman, but the feul company. also, they have put a 
certain limmet for concessions. remember mr. aruni's case. literally we are 
benefetting the private companies and (the aa admi). this is my humble 
opinion. please correct me if I am wrong. here,I want to add that this makes 
me remember of water cycle process, which I studied.
