when error message appears, please press ctrl+insert+w it will vertualise your current window, select all the text and send it to this group. there are hundreds of applications/utility running while you are working in windows, it is needed to know which application is creating conflict. you did not mention the name of the application, which is creating conflict, so follow the above instruction and let us know the name of application.
