Don't you think that it is sheer hippocricy on the part of the bank! It is ICICI bank only who refuse pointblank to open account of blind persons in Delhi itself. Mr. Anand Gupta, a visually challenged person, working as Lecturer in I G N O U Delhi, Department of Law, has been refused to open account in his individual capacity. He finally sent a legal notice to the Headquarters of ICICI bank. Pat came the sollution, "open a Joint Account". He refused, the matter is pending. My submission is, "For whom the Talking ATM"?
