Hi Mahendra & Tara What I gathered was that there was a barricade, but not a strong one.
Regarding alcohol content in the blood, That would show up in the post mortem report. I have no information if the driver was drunk or not. Judicial process goes by doccumentary facts and that was what I meant makes this case weak.
