I agree with Nikhil regarding the legal flaws in DU's centralized recruitment process. Also another thing to be noticed is that while the advertisement lists various subjects for which the teaching positions are expected to be filled, it doesn't give us the precise number of positions to be filled. More significantly, one doesn't hear anything about the allocation of those positions to different colleges and so on. Therefore I will consider this advertisement as another administrative eyewash. Perhaps various physically challenged forums should seek clarifications on these aspects.
