Yes Kanchan, The totally blind can do all these jobs. I can say that because I do a lot of what is described below. The only exception being a small percentage of work that involves testing UI look and feel.
The only concern I have is given the very few blind people in real software jobs where will we find the kind of experience (3-5 years in most cases below) required here. I guess there will be people from other PWD categories.
