Hi Tilak, I routinely use those options without any issues with both jaws and NVDA.
In jaws, disable the option to filter consecutive links and then try. As for links appearing on the same line, I have encountered that issue with NVDA. You can use word by word navigation to move to the correct link and press enter. Let us take a feature at a time. Tell me what issues you have and I will walk you through the process.
