Hi Pranav, I did tried disabling the filtering infact it was by default disabled when I checked this option, but issue remains the more or less same with JAWS, I would be glad if you can give suggestion that I can put forward to them so it can help to make website fully accessible I already shared my concerns with them and also showed them Website using NVDA, I feel they are serious about making their website accessible because when I spoke to Branch Manager he said they were not really aware about it and we'll surely consider my suggestions.
