dear all,
this was in thenth plan of u.g.c. now it is not available. in eleventh
plan the requirements will have to be sent by university and after
receiving the details of incurrences of previous years, u.g.c. team
shall visit the university or college and finding the demand
appropriate shall provide money to physically handicapped teachers but
earlier it was exclusively for visually handicapped teachers may it of
degree college. i took this advantage in 2005 but then for later years
university administration did not give appropriate details of
expanditure which i submitted, the u.g.c. did not release the money.
in fact in delhi people received such a benifit, some claim. actually
neither the institutions nor u.g.c interested to help our cause. the
picture of the past is totally changed now. we have to survive in the
same because we do not have strong resisting and powerful organisation
to plead us. nor the attitude is positive. even we seldom receive
reward to what we really do.
regards
drun.
