100% agree with you Avinash, I think a special module on dealing with
customers with disabilities must be introduced in every bank's
quarterly/ anual training program. It can make each and every employee
aware about the relevant RBI as well as web accessibility guidelines.
I got to know that same is in process for RBS employees working with
the retail business. What do you say?
