Hello BGFI team, Kudos to your efforts. I first noticed precisely on 20 Jan 2018 that Ola app appeared to be accessible on my iPhone & I could book a ride easily on my own. Since then I've used it 3 to 4 times without major hassles except once when I could not give a 2 star rating to a driver and minimum it accepted was a 3 start; not sure if it was designed that way or it was an access issue. These were cash paid trips; haven't tried Ola money screens after this access improvement. Good for Ola as it will get them too business from blind people which till now only their rival Uber enjoyed it . I hope Ola pays professional fee to BGFI for this business consultancy.
