Its not clear whether blind will be allowed their own scribes! In one para they say blind can take their own scribes while in some other para, they say commission will provide 100 percent scribes. Its ambigious whether we can take our own relatives as scribes (as its not easy to get scribes), this is because, in one para it says that scribes shouldn't be close to the candidates or something like that. Kanchan will be in a better position to clarify the same
