As I understand, both the recommendation from the sub-committee and the response from UPSC are stated here for our understanding. UPSC's claim to be lacking resources in providing alternate writing mode for differently abled is simply unbelievable and they can always approach the Central gov for additional resources. So in my view, UPSC will not even think about implementing these points without any directive from the court. It's the time that we make them realize that simple zoom text question papers are hardly enough in fulfilling special needs of diversed population of the differently abled candidates. Vetri.
