Hi Amar, Can details provided in the following links be useful for a more generic solution? On the first look at it, it appears promising to me. While Aadhar enabled payment systems are being backed by the government, I wonder if it would violate any law.

"To add to your convenience, the CSPs also offer Aadhar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) using which you can withdraw cash by providing your Aadhar number and fingerprint from your Aadhar-seeded account held in any participating bank."
