Hi Is it fair that SBI keeps on insisting that my friend should take along with him a sighted partner for cash withdraw using passbook? Or is there anything that I can tell him to tell SBI to allow him withdraw his money without sighted partner? Anyways he does not have one, so he is unable to withdraw it even if it is urgent for him. And he does not have ATM card nor cheque too and he is not in his home branch right now. So passbook is his only option.
