Hi Vineet Although it is desirable, if more stores start adopting it, it will soon loose its purpose.
A suggestion would be to use a typical sound like a bird call again preferably not found in our country. Make it a default for all Big Bazar store so that it stands uniquely. While Big Bazaar is getting ready for a commercial rollout of the programme for Shoppers with Blindness, It would be great if everyone can share their views about having a Beep sound at every customer entry of the store? Do you think it would be useful to have it from a user perspective?.We would like to hear everyone’s views regarding it.
