Doing OCR for pdfs documents in mobile is difficult without paid
version of KNFB as another app "Seeing AI" does OCR for photos only
and i'm not aware off android versions. in PCs, you can use jaws
document OCR feature from version 16 onwards and use "Recognise with
jaws" option from 2018 onwards for converting images into text. NVDA
also has add ons and windows10 has inbuilt OCR feature. for converting
papers or pages to pdf and do OCR, you can use scanning softwares like
fine reader or Kurzweil.
