Hi! Yes, the portable version doesn't work on log on screen, I know. that's why I wanted to install it as a first attempt. But as I mentioned, I could not get it installed for some unknown reason. the messageabove in quotes are being shown often. Regarding JAWS, I got the dongle for version 15 and recently, in the month of January I got it updated for JAWS 2019. All of a sudden, the dongle is shown to be not recognised USB device on PCs. I tried it on some other PC as well.
