I use JAWS 2019 on my PC with a dongle license. Unfortunately the
dongle is currently not working making JAWS run in 40 min mode. So,
for continuous use I am switching on the NVDA portable version 2019.
But because of the following two reasons I'm facing challenges and

1. After 40 minutes of restarting the machine if for some reason I
have to lock my screen, while unlocking, I don't get any screen reader
access to assist me. Most of the time even Narrator doesn't get
started. I tried to install NVDA 2019 on the PC, from the same .exe
file as I used to get the portable copy. It's getting installed, after
installation itstarts working for the first time but once I quit NVDA,
or restart the PC, I can't switch it on any way, neither by pressing
enter on the desktop shortcut nor with the key combo cntrl + alt+ n.
Sometimes it is showing a message- "a referral was returned from the
server", sometimes it remains completely silent.
2. In some application I use JAWS cursor very often. Since I'm not
at all aware of how the task of the JAWS cursor can be done using
NVDA, I am unable to perform the tasks for which I need to use JAWS
cursor. is there any portable copy of jaws 18 or 2019 available there
so that I can carry it in USB drive and use it after log on?
