for add a comment in 2016 and above do the following: 1. focus the word where you want to add a comment. For example:, suppose you want to add the comment to the word:, hi, then focus that word and, press application key. press downarrow until jaws announce, add a comment. press enter over there. A comment pain will appear and, type the comment then, press escape key. now, focus the word which you added the comment , and, press insert shift aphostaphy, for red the comment which you have added. now jaws will read like this:, Comment Reference: I am fine thank you By Timy Sebastian For delete the comment:, 1. focus the comment which you want to delete. 2. press application key then downarrow until jaws announce, delete comment. O, sorry, forgot to tell you that, how to enable the track changes in jaws. 1. press control shift e for enable the track changes. 2. type something then, Now jaws read like this:, revision, Hi how are you?, inserted. do you want to get the list of revision then? Press insert shift r respectively. want to read the description of revision such as name of the author, added date/timing? focus the newly added sentence and, press insert control r then. then jaws will read like this:, Iam fine thank you.
