better to gain confidence in your life first you should join a crisis
intervention unit at all india confederation of the blind. they will let you
learn the assisstive devices. after a good practice and training, once you
get confidence, you should go for treatment.

Prerna, thank you very much. I will be contacting Mr. Satish. I dont
know what kind of method of treatment he has adopted, nevertheless I
am hoping, consulting him will be fruitful.
Dr. Kumar, I also called Dr. Rishabh Jain and asked him to connect me
to any of RP patient who got benefitted of his treatment. But he asked
me to come to Ujjain for taking treatment where I can meet several RP
patient. He told me there are several packages of treatment extending
between 20,000 - 60,000 Rs per month.
I found one video on doctor Rishabh Jain's youtube channel where one
of my seniors was shown taking treatment from doctor Rishab, I called
my senior and he told me that the treatment is not successful.
Also I found several videos on his youtube channel "Dr. Rishabh Jain"
claiming successful treatment of RP, but the reality is that he gives
steroids which may be harmful to the human body and over all health.
Such medicines seem to benefit in the initial stage, but later on it
goes away.
Also he has disabled the comments on his youtube videos now, as lots
of patient were giving negative feedback. Therefore I think he is not
genuin for claiming the successful treatment of ratinitis pigmentosa.
Lets see if there is any hope of any treatment in the near future.
Dr. Kumar, I am a partially sighted person, I am facing difficulties
in managing my things now, such as shopping, crossing the roads, and
recognising faces has become difficult for me. I am avoiding social
functions, reducing my social interactions and most of the time
thinking how will I manage the rest of my life if vision deteriorates
further. These things are shaking my confidence. Therefore I am in
search of any treatment in order to regain my confidence and to enjoy
my life fully.

the said doctor, and all through our conversation, he was not at all
convincing. He could not give me any valid proof of any improvement on any
of his patients.
Kindly do not waste your precious time in running around for any treatment
for RP in the near future. Instead please concentrate all your effort in
upgrading yourself with assistive technologies and empowering yourself
socially and economically.
Also, I kindly request you not to fall prey to such rumours and money
looters.

Dear friends, I was searching the treatment of RP, eventually found a
youtube channel "Dr. Rishabh Jain", hundreds of videos are there
claiming successful treatment of retinitis pigmentosa. He has uploaded
the videos of RP patients who accepted they got benefited of his
treatment.
I want to ask is there anyone from the group who took treatment of Dr.
Rishabh Jain? or does anyone know any RP patient who went there, if
yes, what is the reality of RP treatment with him?
