Hello access Indians
I am writing this mail to draw your attention to the inaccessibility
of internet banking of SBI and Yono app. As SBI have upgraded both
their internet banking user interface and Yono app, in their internet
banking portal they have added the option of visual captcha. Despite
the fact that there is an option of audio captcha, it is of
practically no use as it is quite often delayed and too low to be
audible. I suggest that there should be an option of logging in via
OTP either by phone or by email.
Similarly in Yono app if we have to login via MPin, considering the
security concerns the digits on the virtual numeric keypad comes
randomly rather than coming in ascending order. I suggest that they
should leave an option in the settings for the users to decide if they
want digits in a numeric keypad in ascending order or in a random way?
I raised the above mentioned two concerns on the portal of customer
management services, rather than going to the top authorities, it went
to the bank manager of my home branch. Since these top level decisions
fall outside his domain, raising these issues on CMS of SBI did no
good. Then I sent a message to SBI on twitter. I am still awaiting
response. It is my humble request if there is any top official from
SBI in the list, kindly take it up or just as some of us sensitised
PayTm, we need to take this issue up with the management of SBI too.
I shall be eagerly waiting to hear from you on this.
Sincerely
