Hi, I have observed that in many bank statements, telephone bills one gets a message "Alert Protection Failure". After hearing this message I am sure that screen reader will not be able to interact with this PDF document. Here I would like to request that at the time of release of new version, Adobe should by default select all the settings that might be needed for making the document accessible. Often I have seen that many users do not change the default setting in different software until and unless the setting is not interfering with the end objective. Also if possible a warning message may be flashed when a user tries to change the settings that might render the documents unfit for use with screen readers.
