Hi, I just did a bit of reading on this device through the link provided, Cheers at the OP for that. In essence this device works something like the following. You open up a page, keep the reader on its bottum, and it grabs the text ignoring the pictures figures. How well it does with the tables and such, obviously can only be understood by trying it out personally. After the scan it stores the document in its internal memary or external SD card (up to 32gb) if available, so you ought to be able to share/ move the document where ever it is you'd like it to be at. One rather huge limitation though that this device has is it being only able to scan upto 60? A4 sized pages in a single charge. the battery is 2600MR and I would have expected it to be able to achieve a lot more with that. You could achieve the same results using a scanning stand with an IPhone or Android Phone, after all, and quite a lot more pages than that. So unless its utterly brilliant at what it does, that is OCR Printed documents better than any of the OCR Apps out there for either of the 2 platforms mentioned above, I don't see there being much use for it, not for your Average Blind person reading this, that is. Could be rather revolutionary for People who aren't able to get access to an Android or an IPhone in the rural regions, though. Did I mention I forgot to check its price tag? as long as its subsidised by the government/ relevant department. Or and unless its quite inexpensive as compared to an Android with a decent Camera for OCR or an IPhone. Here is their FAQ if you have any more questions. https://divyanayan.csio.res.in/faq.php
