Hi friends clarifying some doubts. It is a standalone device and nothing to do with android OS or IOS. Nothing is to be paid at the time of registration. Just make sure to upload address proof and disability certificate before pressing the button to register. Registration can be done through the link already provided and pasted again at the end of this post. To clear any other doubts, please call the C.S.I.O team at the numbers given, for contact, on their website.
A suggestion - no harm registering now. Make a decision to purchase after attending the demo/training session, in your town. Another suggestion is to try the divya nayan app, available on play store only ( For Android only ). Ten languages are mentioned in the description, including all the major languages.
