If connectivity is not an issue then messenger room can also be considered.
It allows upto 50 participants and it is also quite accessible with
talkback as far as Android is concerned. otherwise what you can do is to
create your profile on https://www.freeconferencecall.com/global/in and
share your access code and your dial-in number, it works on voice call and
not data.
