this time, i have come with one query on the aforesaid subject. actually, when i open any particualr message in outlook, if I want to read the message header for instance, senders name, subject etc how do i read the same with jaws? i am using outlook 365. someone suggested me to press shift+tab while focus in the message body. doing so, i am able to read the message header as it says read only but not able to navigate with arrow keys. so what is the way around to read the message header with navigation option. kindly reply. thanks, Mukesh -- Disclaimer: 1.
