So, you may need to contact Microsoft disability answer desk through "be my
eyes" app.
They will definitely resolve your issue easily.
to contact Microsoft disability answer desk via "be my eyes" app first you
need to open "be my eyes" app then go to specialised help section then
within the specialised help section go to technical option after that go to
Microsoft option and press call Microsoft button.
Their services are available 24 by 7.

Note: if you are using genuine licensed version of Microsoft windows and
Outlook then it is good to contact them, otherwise if you are using pirated
version of their products then they will not help you out.
