Hi Rahul,

I cannot comment about the Delhi metro. However, in terms of house hunting:

1. What sort of place are you looking at? What neighborhoods are you
considering?
2. Uber does work and I have rarely had issues with the quality of the
cabs. Yes, at peak hours, getting uber cabs is a massive issue.
3. Check the width of the lanes. There are a fair number of places where
getting a car up till your house can become an issue.
4. Ask about the supply of water. Sadly, there are still areas where you
get water at specific times. If that happens and you are at work at that time,
I hope you have a friendly neighbor and or landlord who will run the booster
pump.
5. Is the landlord willing to do things like add mesh to the windows or
will he let you add them?

Pranav
