Dear Sir, One of my friends very recently got the UDIT card for concession in his vehicle purchase as he is an orthopedically challenged person but he told me that the authorities are saying that nowadays we don't print and send the card to you instead you have to take a print out of the same and get it laminated and it is valid pan India. My friend has also done the same. Please don't wait to arrive the same at your residence, go ahead and print it out and carry it everywhere along with you. Now this is our new identity.

Recently one of my friend working in Defence Ministry had gone to DRM railway office for renewing his DRM Railway concession card but there they did not accept his application without UDID card and digital medical certificate, this happend in New Delhi Railway Station and also here in Delhi for DTC bus pass now it is mandatory of UDID card.
