Hi friends, You are all right latest NVDA is not compatible present WhatsApp web version and desktop version. Do the following things to access the web and desktop of WhatsApp windows. 1. At present update the WhatsApp and windows ten updates. 2. Open the Edge web browser and open the WhatsApp URL. 3. Followed by use JAWS latest version with forms mode feature. I have noticed in edge JAWS latest version performing good with basic navigation keys. Example: in WhatsApp web messages use tab till you hear "Search input text" You use down arrow you will hear forms mode sound. JAWS read the message preview. Press enter key on message to read the detail of the message. JAWS reading key strokes and windows basic navigation keys works while reading the messages. Note: Latest JAWS is working in latest WhatsApp desktop version as well. Try it out if it is not functioning will figure out the solutions as well.
Note: Do the initial WhatsApp web scanning the code. Later you can begin to use. Thank you all.
