Dear Friend, just press enter to go the individual list. It will direct you to type message. press shift tab until you reach unread message(just 2 times). from there you can use arrow key to read individual messages. after finishing reading, press tab you will reach chat list after 2 or 3 tabs. press enter then you will be able to navigate between different chats. I am using jaws to navigate in whatsapp desktop. try it. if you are facing any difficulties get me back off the list.
