hello, as for as my understanding, if you are installing the latest windows from the bootable disk, you not required for talking windows pre environment. check your bios bootable settings, and restart the device when the device logo displays, keep pressing space key for few minutes, once the files are loaded, just enable the narrator and follow onscreen instructions.
