Unfortunately, the question in the following emails that was misunderstood was about why it is mandatory for exam takers to study Hindi in order to sit for the Raj Basha exam. If it is beneficial for all of us, why can't it be open to everyone in the country? Please believe me when I say that this has nothing to do with the South-North divide, and I believe that the government should remove Hindi from the list of required graduation qualifications.
