instead complaining about the accessibility, why dont the visually impaired employees attach the external keyboard to mark their attendance on such devices? also, this is the best time to show your struggles to the higher authorities and make them to understand about their concerns. approaching for the accessibility is not a bad idea, but, it is important how dedicated they are towards the visually impaired employees is the question.
