Hello mam,
I am a hardkore NVDA user.
The thing with Narrater is that, it doesn't have the robustness or
reliability like an NVDA or even JAWS.
You cannot be confident that it will work everywhere and so is preferred
only as a backup screen-reader.
Also, the shortcuts are not easy to get used to.
It would be great if Narrator had a practical tutorial like Voice Over
instead of this long webpage with shortcuts listed on it.
Basically, I mean, Narrator has to become a very robust software which
works everywhere and is very appealing to use which could lead to change in
preference.
