Dear Prashant sir, It was in January 2021, the lady received my call and spoke to me rudely. I was not a member of Access India that time because I had unsubscribed to the mailing list temporarily so there was no platform for me to escalate. It is ok to not know everything but the caller could have replied in a polite way.
