Just like George said, we would like to speak to you to know your specific
feedback. We will try to learn from it and improve our processes.
NAB Delhi Helpline has been running since 2006, it has been operated by blind
persons for blind persons. In the past 17 years it has benefited many but there
may be people who did not have a good experience.
There is no excuse for bad behaviour from our side. Helpline team does not know
everything and it should be respectfully saying so or referring callers to
other resources when the query is on a subject we don’t work with.
In the coming week one of us will contact you to get your feedback and
suggestions.

I had a similar experience here in Bangalore.
it was a year ago or so and I wanted to put it here on access India.
I somehow thought I should not and forgot about it
it is a very good idea that one should have an access to information and
guidance at a call but, the person guiding has to be resourceful.

I agree , there would be a number of dissatisfied callers. I need to know what
the challenges and negative experiences have been. We strive to constantly

different parts of the country who have had positive experiences too.

Even i had a similar experience with NAB helpline. their representative was
rude to me on call. These people lack manners. These organisations will never
improve unless the government takes action.

I request the higher officials to take action and improve your helpline
