Well, personally I have used Uber several times to commute and I have had
no problems. Although I will admit that I haven't met with a driver who may
have refused me on the basis of disability, but if I ever meet someone like
that, I'd just book another Cab and complain about him.
In case of getting a rood driver, well, that's not specific to
disabilities, that can happen with anyone.
Now I admit, some difficulty might be faced while entering the college, one
can either go to their class by themselves if they know the way or can ask
any of their friends/someone who is around to take them to the class. I
have had no problem with this. It is a different matter if the people
around are not helpful.
I personally use Uber rather than Rapido, Ola or Indrive. I had used
Indrive once, but I found that the app doesn't track our location while
riding; it's similar to booking one without an app.
Now when it comes to dropping, I asume that if your college gate is
accessible by road then the driver would drop you there.
This was my personal opinion.
