Law is on your side. The product in the ordered list on your Amazon account doesn’t match with the product delivered to you. Take the screenshot of the originally ordered product and lodge a complaint. Pursue it till they accept their mistake, and let me say that you also deserve compensation because they mentally harassed you. Yes, it’s not solely the question of monetary loss. The bigger anguish is that they acted unjustly and unprofessionally with you probably under the presumption that no action would be initiated against them. You give it to them so they don’t repeat it in future.
