Very sorry to hear about your experience. We also had a similar thing happen 
when we bought courtains and received rubbish in the packaging. We sent it back 
and did not get refund till today.

The lesson I learnt from this is that whenever the delivery guy comes, start 
recording video: which must show you collecting the package, opening it, and 
displaying the contents all in one disconnected video. There’s no other way to 
protect ourselves. Like you, I lost money. In my case it was 8000 rupees. And 
there’s nothing we can do but be very careful next time so that it must not 
happen again to us. Sad to say but it seems we just burnt off some bad Karma, 
both you and I. Or may be not such a bad thing because that bit of bad karma is 
now paid up!

order nor refund can be initiated. Further, it is submitted that our role is 
limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer, the 
products listed on our e-commerce marketplace are sold by independent 
third-party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. Thank You.
