Cauvery, Glad to know that you would like to run. When I initiated my running journey; I ran by grabbing onto elbo of buddy runner. Then I was introduced running without any physical assistance only on verbal road direction. yes, it was difficult, I was also skeptic and did not think that I could do the same.
However developed this skills and am Asia record holder for running 25km without any physical assistance. I am totaly blind and am now preparing to run full marathon 42KM.
