Hello, A few days before I joined a 5 km marathon, my helper held my palm and
fingers. I wore running shoes and a very light costume t-shirt they provided,
along with comfortable track pants. The way he held my hand was very
comfortable because when he held my arms, our legs kept touching while running,
which was disturbing. Holding my palm maintained a good distance and I enjoyed
the run more.

"The Running Tether" is a bungee cord that connects two runners, helping them
stay together and maintain the same pace. It features adjustable length,
elastic material, and comfortable handles or belts. It improves safety,
motivation, and communication, and is especially useful for guiding visually
impaired runners.

Subject: [AI] Question to the visually impaired runners

Hi All,

I would like to ask to the VI runners here the following:

While running do you hold the elbow or the upper arm of the guide runner?

Do you use The running tether?

Could you please describe The running tether to me

>From where can I get The running tether

Is there any alternative of The running tether

It would be great if you could share any other tips with me

Thank you

Cauvery She/Her.
