Hi to the group, I have a friend who is pursuing BMS in some college of Mumbai. He is in his second year. Problem is that his college is putting a lot of restrictions on the scribe that he can bring. He is required to bring a scribe one year younger and also he/she cannot be from commerce stream. I don't think there are any such restrictions, as I don't have such problem in my college. So, I wanted to know if there is any official document that can be shown to the management? Can anyone provide it if possible? Or, please do suggest what can be done in general.
