hi there, I think, the college is perfectly correct in this point that the scribe should be one year younger and should not have the same stream. Actually, let me justify this with a incident with me. Happened when I completed my class 12TH (pluss 2). So, I also took the scribe for the CBSE boards. And, yes, there it was given (as so I got informed) that the scribe must be 1 year younger, and should be not from the same streem (humanities in my caice) . So, we did was that, We took a scribe from a science background. And, they helped me give me my exam. So, with this experience, I am justifying the college's statement that the scribe should be 1 year younger. And, from a different side. I might be rong also. thanks, Udit.
