hello there, last night, I successfully submitted my application. For it. I used a combination of my disability certificate, my UDID card details, and my diagnostics sheet. To fill those feelds which were ment for that concessional certificate. And, where there were no details, I just mentioned not mentioned on sert. my application is still pending. But, I think I should waight for some days before saying anything on that part. just for reference, my application no is: 2506759. with regards, Udit Pandey.
