Hello all,
I absolutely agree with Sandesh and everyone else on this point.
But, what I strongly believe is that, instead of 10 separate documents for
10 separate benefits, government should make UDID as sole document where,
if a person can Show their UDID card, then they should be entitled for
whatever the benefits.
For example, on the Irctc website of the Indian Railways, if I click on
concessional tickets, I should be just prompted to enter my UD ID number.
The system should connect to the UDID database and, should see the type of
my disability and should offer me the benefits Based on that particular
disability percentage.
